What Is Parking Like?
Parking is easy at Marcella at Town Center. There are enough unmarked, free spaces for residents and guests to park near their apartment building. There is one RESERVED parking space per apartment.There are no paid or reserved spaces.
Townhouse residents have a private driveway with attached garage. There is also space along the drive aisle for additional parking.
What Is the Community Like?
Marcella at Town Center is centrally located to Newport News, Yorktown, Chesapeake, and Norfolk.
The apartment buildings are 3 to 4 stories and are arranged around resort-style community amenities that make them easy for all residents to access.
The townhomes are 3 bedroom, 2 baths with a private driveway and attached garage.
We love pets of all shapes and sizes! We welcome dogs of all weights and breeds and cats.
People are friendly and the office team loves to chat with you while you are out and about.
